Describe

Last October, Google revealed new features in Android 12, such as the user interface and user indicators. Some of these features have been welcomed by developers, while others have been criticized.

One of those changes is the introduction of a lethal feature for an aggressive background process called “phantom processes.” This feature can be a real bottleneck for developers. But it seems that Google is proposing a solution that will allow users to disable the new background app policy in future Android versions.

One of the developers, “Mishaal Rahman,” announced an update from Google that includes an update to the “fake processes” problem. He said that Google added a new correction to the problem by adding an option that allows the developer to disable or activate monitoring of “fake processes.” The source added that the new feature may not appear officially before the upcoming Android 13 is announced.

The “Dummy Process Killer” feature is a new feature in Android 12 that works to close the processes that children use while using smartphones and mobile devices, which drain the CPU while the original application is running in the background.
